Mix 2-3 tablespoons of pesto herbs with 2 tablespoons of grated hard cheese & 6 tablespoons of water, allow swelling a little & stir in 3 tablespoons (olive) oil. Let it rest for approx. 2 hours - done. Tip - use grated soft cheese instead of hard cheese for baked rolls. Spread the bread & bake for a few minutes at top heat.
